Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services - Sewage Treatment Plant at Kupuna Home O Waialua

Background
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, specifically the Office of Public and Indian Housing, is issuing this solicitation for preventive maintenance and repair services for the Sewage Treatment Plant at Kupuna Home O Waialua.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and compliance of the sewage treatment facility under Asset Management Project HI001000049 on Oahu.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for the Sewage Treatment Plant. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Regular inspections and maintenance of all equipment associated with the sewage treatment process.
2. Emergency repair services as needed, including mechanical and electrical repairs.
3. Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding sewage treatment operations.
4. Submission of reports to the Department of Health and Environmental Protection Agency as required, including permit fees, lab tests, and pumping service charges.
5. The contract will cover an initial 12-month period with options for up to four additional years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over an initial 12-month period with options for four additional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Sewage Treatment Plant located at 67-088 Goodale Ave., Waialua, Oahu.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a satisfactory performance record, integrity, business ethics, compliance with public policy (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity), and must not be suspended or debarred from contracting by HUD or any other U.S. Government agency.
Additionally, bidders must submit a Wage Certificate certifying compliance with wage laws if the contract exceeds $25,000.
