Description

The Hawaii State Judiciary (Judiciary) is seeking solicitations to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to implement the PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and complete a PeopleCode Modernization Project to migrate from business process-based workflow to Application Workflow Engine (AWE).
Offeror shall complete and submit all documents of SECTION 8 - OFFER FORM through HIePRO.
Services is contingent upon availability of year-end funds.

Background
The Hawaii State Judiciary (Judiciary) is seeking solicitations to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to implement the PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and complete a PeopleCode Modernization Project to migrate from business process-based workflow to Application Workflow Engine (AWE). The Judiciary has courts/offices on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu, and Kauai with multiple courts and offices on the majority of them. The islands are linked by the Judiciary WAN that primarily runs off the State Executive Branch’s Next Generation Network (NGN). The central site is located within the civic center of Oahu that, in turn, is connected to the state NGN via 1 GB/second fiber optic lines. All internet access for Judiciary sites is made via this NGN connection.

Work Details
The Judiciary requires professional services to implement the PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and complete a PeopleCode Modernization Project. The contractor must show all qualifications to provide consultation, configuration, administration, and monitoring services in migrating from business process-based workflow to Application Workflow Engine (AWE) and completing a PeopleCode Modernization Project. The contractor must also provide an estimated number of hours for each specific service or task required under the program requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence on a date specified on the Notice to Proceed and end on June 30, 2025. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may be extended or amended for not more than six additional twelve-month periods if mutually agreed upon in writing at least thirty days prior to contract expiration. The Judiciary may terminate the contract at any time upon 30 calendar days’ prior written notice.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include multiple courts and offices on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu, and Kauai.
