Pahala Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pahala, Kau, Hawaii

The work under this contract involves the construction of the 'P hala Wastewater Treatment Plant,' Job No. WW-4810, located in P hala, K u, Hawai i. This includes providing all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and labor to build a new Package Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work covers site improvements for the secondary wastewater treatment process, disinfection, solids management, and effluent disposal. The project features two structures: a control building and a WWTP canopy building. All required and necessary items not specifically listed as pay items are considered incidental and must be included in the bid prices for the various pay items in the Schedule of Values, ensuring a complete project upon completion. Costs for these incidental items are to be included in the overall bid pricing. The County of Hawai i is requesting bids for this project. The contract is governed by Chapter 103D, HRS, and all bids must comply with the requirements set forth therein. Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai i General Engineering Contractor License A to be eligible to submit a bid. Additional licensing requirements are detailed in the Special Notice to Bidders.
