A pre-bid non-mandatory conference will be conducted virtually (on-line web meeting) using MS Teams. Vendors interested in attending shall email:rduncan@kauai.gov no later than 8:00 AM, HST, September 4, 2025, with the name and email address of each attendee. a meeting invitation with a link to join the virtual pre-bid conference will be sent. A summary of the pre-bid conference shall be issued via addendum through Public Purchase with sufficient time to consider the summary of contents and any addendum generated therof.
