IBM Software Asset Management Services

Background
The State of Hawaii - Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is acquiring IBM Software Asset Management Services to obtain management expertise on software asset inventory using the IBM ILMT Infrastructure.
The goal is to ensure effective management and reporting of software usage in accordance with the IBM Passport Advantage agreement.

Work Details
The vendor will provide ongoing managed services including:
- Monthly ILMT Health Assessment and Platform Support maintenance;
- Quarterly management of Software Inventory Report Validation, which includes ILMT Sub-capacity Software Classifications Baseline and ILMT Sub-capacity Report Validation & License Position;
- Semi-Annual Non-System Generated Reporting, which involves developing product-specific workbooks and procedures for non-system generated products, completing execution activities workbooks for reporting on non-system generated product usage, and validating non-system generated reports and license positions.
The contract covers one year of support services that includes ILMT and Non-System Generated Reporting, travel and lodging if necessary, and Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%).

Period of Performance
One (1) year support services.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed offsite remotely.
