Hybird Engine Mini Passenger Vans Minimum 2.5 L. 4 CYL.

Background
The State of Hawaii, through the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) and its Automotive Management Division (AMD), is seeking bids for the procurement of two new Hybrid Engine Mini Passenger Vans. The purpose of this contract is to enhance the state's fleet with environmentally friendly vehicles that meet specific operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and delivering two (2) new, model year 2025 or newer Hybrid Engine Mini Passenger Vans. The vehicles must meet the following specifications:

- Engine: Minimum 2.5L 4 Cylinder, Full Hybrid (HEV) or Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV).
- Transmission: Automatic.
- Wheelbase: 102” minimum – 125” maximum.
- Interior: Minimum 7-passenger seating capacity, dual air conditioning, AM/FM radio, standard upholstery, power windows/locks, fold-down rear seats.
- Exterior: Prefer factory white or silver color, with four doors plus a back hatch.
- Safety Features: Must comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and include a pre-collision safety system.
- Warranty: Manufacturer’s standard warranty of 36 months or 36,000 miles and a hybrid battery warranty of 10 years or 100,000 miles from delivery date.
- Delivery must occur within 365 days from the official commencement date on the State’s Notice to Proceed.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed within 365 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The vehicles are to be delivered to the Department of Accounting and General Services, Automotive Management Division, Central Motor Pool located at 869-A Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Dealer License and have an established service facility on the island of Oahu for vehicle repair and servicing. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of compliance with various state regulations including tax clearance certificates and insurance requirements as specified in HRS Chapter 103D.
