Hybird Engine Mini Passenger Vans

Background
The Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) of the State of Hawaii is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivering of three (3) new Hybrid Engine Mini Passenger Vans.
This contract aims to enhance the agency's transportation capabilities while adhering to environmental standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide three (3) new, model year 2025 or newer, Hybrid Engine Mini Passenger Vans. All vehicles must be of the same make and model.
The specifications include:
- Model: Sienna, Pacifica, Carnival, or similar minivan models
- Wheelbase: 102” minimum – 125” maximum
- Engine: Full Hybrid (HEV) or Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) – Minimum 4 Cylinder
- Transmission: Automatic
- Steering: Power or power assist
- Brakes: 4-Wheel Anti-Lock Braking System
- Interior: Minimum 7-passenger seating capacity with dual air conditioning, AM/FM radio, dual front airbags, power windows/door locks, fold-down rear seats, and other standard features as per manufacturer’s brochures.
- Exterior Color: Prefer Factory White or Silver
- Warranty: Manufacturer’s standard warranty of 36 months or 36,000 miles and a hybrid battery warranty of 10 years or 100,000 miles.
Vehicles must comply with all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and be delivered in full operational condition.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the vehicles must occur within three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the official commencement date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The vehicles are to be delivered to the Department of Accounting and General Services, Automotive Management Division, Central Motor Pool located at 869-A Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
