FY 2025 Notice to Providers of Professional Services

Background
The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), an agency of the State of Hawaii, Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT), is seeking qualified persons and/or firms (“Consultants”) to provide professional services in fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 thru June 30, 2025) in various disciplines, including Architecture, Engineering, Archaeology, Community Planning, Appraisers, Surveying, Math.

Work Details
The professional services required include disciplines such as Architecture, Real Property Appraisal, Archaeology, Civil Engineering, Community Planning, Electrical Engineering, Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Land Surveying, Fire Protection Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering - Statistics, Structural Engineering - Survey Statistics and Transportation/Traffic Engineering. The qualification packets should include a Letter of Interest (LOI), Fully completed DPW Form 120 or a Federal Standard Form 330 with the FS Form 330 Supplement if applicable. It should also include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for each discipline indicated in the LOI highlighting the Consultant’s qualifications and expertise. Additionally, three or more client references are required along with a Conflict of interest statement or Form AG-010 indicating any conflicts in performing services for HHFDC and/or the State of Hawaii. Professional License Verification is also required if applicable.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 thru June 30, 2025).

Place of Performance
The professional services will be performed in the State of Hawaii.
