Furnish Visiontron Retracta-belt Stanchions

Background
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports Division, is issuing a contract for the provision of ADA compliant stanchions at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the airport's accessibility and operational efficiency by providing high-quality retractable belt stanchions.

Work Details
Furnish 500 each of Visiontron Retracta-belt Dual Belt Stanchions to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
The stanchions must meet the following specifications:
- ADA Compliant, Dual Line Stanchions.
- 2-piece construction allowing for easy on-site repair.
- Polished Aluminum Post, 40” tall, 2.5” pole diameter.
- 9’ to 10’ length belt line; top belt printed ‘Daniel K. Inouye International Airport’ in white on black belt; bottom belt solid black.
- Premium cast iron base with black ABS plastic base cover, 14” diameter; rubber floor protectors with Ultra Weather-Protect coating.
- Large diameter threaded steel base connection with nipple construction to ensure the pole remains straight even when loose.
- A ten-year warranty is required for all items provided.

Period of Performance
All items must be delivered in one shipment within 8 weeks from the date notification (letter to proceed) is received by the vendor.

Place of Performance
Delivery address is Daniel K. Inouye International - Airport Maintenance Baseyard, 2919 Aolele Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819.

Bidder Requirements
The items offered must be clean, new, unused (no demonstration, sample, or display models) of the current production year and model.
Items must be in good working condition and free from defects in material, workmanship, and operation.
