The State of Hawai‘i, Department of Health (HDOH), through its Family Health Services Division (FHSD) and Children with Special Health Needs Branch (CSHNB), is seeking proposals for the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers.

Work Details
The contracted Purchase of Service (POS) Early Intervention Programs will provide the following services:
- Care coordination
- Family training, counseling, and home visits
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Social work
- Special instruction
- Speech language pathology
Services must align with the child's Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP) and comply with federal laws such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Applicants must submit separate proposals for each geographic service area they wish to serve.
Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2026. There is an option for four one-year extensions, allowing a maximum contract duration of five years until June 30, 2030.
