Background
The County of Hawai'i is seeking proposals for a digital platform that will facilitate the registration, compliance monitoring, and enforcement of transient vacation rentals. This initiative aligns with the County's mission to regulate short-term residential rentals in accordance with Chapters 6 and 25 of the Hawaiʻi County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended).

The goal is to create an online and mobile platform equipped with a chatbot to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an online and mobile platform that includes the following features:
- Registration capabilities for transient vacation rentals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one (1) year period starting from the date of Notice to Proceed, with four (4) additional one-year option periods available.
