Dell Poweredge Servers Or Equivalent For Hawaii Ers.

Background
The Employees’ Retirement System (ERS) of the State of Hawaii is seeking to acquire Dell PowerEdge servers or equivalent products. The goal of this procurement is to enhance the IT infrastructure of the ERS, ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery. This solicitation is issued under the provisions of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapter 103D and its administrative rules.

Work Details
The contract includes the acquisition of:

1. Quantity (2) Dell PowerEdge R660xs or equivalent servers.
2. Quantity (3) Dell PowerEdge AX-760 or equivalent servers.
3. A 5-year onsite warranty service for all servers, including ProSupport or equivalent, providing 24x7 technical services and support, with next business day onsite service after a service call is placed.
4. Shipping logistics for all products to be delivered inside at the ERS offices located at 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on October 1, 2025, and will last for a period of five years for warranty services.

Place of Performance
The services and delivery of products will take place at the Employees’ Retirement System offices located at City Financial Tower, 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be duly registered to do business in the State of Hawaii via DCCA registration and compliant in Hawaii Compliance Express by the closing date of this IFB. Offerors must have been in business as a qualified Information Technology Professional Services provider for a minimum of five years and have provided server maintenance services for at least three government customers within that timeframe.
