Construction Management Services for Airfield, Statewide

Background
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports Division is seeking qualified general engineering firms to provide construction management services for airfield projects statewide.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and oversight of various airfield construction projects, which are anticipated to be immediately required.

Work Details
The contract will encompass a range of construction management services including:
- Inspection services
- Processing of administrative paperwork
- Submittal review and processing
- Preparation of field and change orders
- Bill processing
These services will be provided on an 'as-needed' basis for various airfield projects across the state.
The construction costs will vary by project, and the contract will operate under a Time & Materials basis as per HAR 3-122-140.

Period of Performance
The contract has an overall performance period of approximately 1,826 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a total duration of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across various airfield locations.
