Background
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports is issuing this solicitation for the installation of video walls at the International Arrivals Building (IAB) at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
The project aims to enhance the airport's visual communication capabilities and improve the passenger experience upon arrival.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation of two video walls at the International Arrivals Building.
The estimated cost of construction is between $275,000.00 and $475,000.00.
Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Building 'B' license or Specialty Contractors 'C-13' or 'C-15' license at the time of bidding.
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of installation including but not limited to: site preparation, mounting structures, electrical connections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the final contract agreement.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport located in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements
To be eligible for award, bidders must have a valid State of Hawaii General Building 'B' license or Specialty Contractors 'C-13' or 'C-15' license.
Additionally, compliance with HRS § 103B-3 is required whereby a minimum of 80 percent of the bidder's workforce on this project shall consist of Hawaii residents.
Bidders are also required to submit bid security equal to at least five percent of the base bid and additive alternates.
