Badge Cards, Ribbon/Film, and Badge Supplies

Background
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Airports Division, Maui District is seeking to procure essential identification materials for the Pass & ID Office at Kahului Airport. The goal of this contract is to manufacture and deliver various badge supplies necessary for operational efficiency and security within the airport's identification processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following goods:
- 16,000 HID-2100PGGAN Composite iClass 2k cards (Composite iClass 2K/2 Prog, F-Gloss/Laser #, No slot)
- 6,000 CR80.30 White Black P/P ID Cards
- 100 HDP 6600 084922 Ribbon (600 Color front/black back prints per ribbon)
- 25 HDP 6600 084900 Retransfer Film (1,500 prints per film)
- 5,000 Premium Vinyl Vertical Anti-Transfer Holder with Slot and Chain Holes, dimensions 2.38” x 3.38”
- 5,000 2-Hole Clip with Clear Vinyl Strap.

All items must be clean, new, unused, and of the current production year and model. They should meet or exceed specified quality standards and be compatible with existing ID printers and laminators used by the agency.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the HID-2100PGGAN Composite iClass cards will occur on an as-needed basis with a requirement for delivery within 30 days upon order placement. The remaining items must be delivered in one shipment within 90 days from the date notification/award is received by the vendor.

Place of Performance
All products will be delivered to Kahului Airport located at 1 Kahului Airport Road, Unit #5, Kahului, HI 96732.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all items are free from defects in materials and workmanship. A sample of each item must be submitted prior to award to confirm compatibility with existing equipment. The total award for this contract shall not exceed $100,000.00.
