Woodbine Lions Park Baseball Fields Fence Installation

Background
The Camden County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the installation of a new fence system for two little league baseball fields at Woodbine Lions Park.
The project aims to enhance the facilities available for youth sports in the community, aligning with the county's mission to provide quality recreational spaces.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to install a new fencing system that includes:
1. Approximately 1340 feet of 4-foot tall black vinyl fabric 8-gauge fence with 2-inch posts set in concrete (outfield fence).
2. Approximately 360 feet of 8-foot tall black vinyl fabric 8-gauge fence with 2-inch posts set in concrete (sideline fence).
3. Approximately 136 feet of 6-foot tall black vinyl fabric 8-gauge fence with 2-inch posts set in concrete (four dugouts measuring 8’x20’ each).
4. Approximately 120 feet of 20-foot tall black vinyl fabric fence with 4-inch posts set in concrete (backstop fence).
5. Installation includes double drive gates and foul poles as specified within the documents.
The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

Period of Performance
Work must commence within four weeks of bid award and be completed within ninety days.

Woodbine Lions Park, located at 320 Crestview Drive, Woodbine, GA 31569.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience in baseball fence installation.
They are required to submit a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and provide proof of insurance coverage for injuries to persons and/or property damage.
All firms doing business in Camden County must hold a current valid business license.
