Wi-FI Access Points - Bainbridge High School

Background
The Decatur County School System is seeking proposals to upgrade older Wi-Fi access points at Bainbridge High School, located at 1 Bearcat Blvd, Bainbridge, GA 39819.
This initiative is part of the E-Rate Funding Year 2025-26, aimed at enhancing the school's technology infrastructure.
The project is intended to align with the long-term technology plan of the Decatur County Schools Board of Education.

Work Details
The scope of this project includes replacing a total of 60 Wi-Fi access points throughout Bainbridge High School.

The specific requirements for the Wi-Fi access points include:
- **Indoor Access Points (for large areas such as lunchroom and gym)**: 8 units of Tri Radio Wi-Fi 6E (2.4GHz 4x4:4, 5GHz 8x8:8, 6GHz 4x4:4).
- **Indoor Access Points (for classrooms and offices)**: 48 units of Tri Radio Wi-Fi 6E (2.4GHz 2x2:2, 5GHz 2x2:2, 6GHz 2x2:2).
- **Outdoor Access Points**: 4 units of Dual Radio Wi-Fi 6 (2.4GHz 2x2:2, 5GHz 4x4:4).

Additional items include mounting kits (47 ceiling grid kits for indoor access points and wall mounting kits for indoor and outdoor access points) and licenses for management through a local server (60 licenses if required).
All proposed equipment must meet specific capabilities outlined in the RFP and must not require cloud-based services for management. Vendors must provide a detailed parts list and pricing using an approved USAC Bulk Upload Template.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification and is contingent on E-Rate approval.
Proposals are due by March 3, 2025, with installation expected to follow shortly after funding confirmation.
