Whitewater High School HVAC & Roofing Replacement (IFB 25-022-075)

Background
The Fayette County Board of Education is issuing this Invitation to Bid for the replacement of the roof and HVAC system at Whitewater High School, located at 100 Wildcat Way, Fayetteville, GA 30215.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the school has a functional and efficient roofing and HVAC system to support its educational mission.

Work Details
The contract involves the following services: Roof recovery and replacement of roof-mounted HVAC units at Whitewater High School.

The work will be performed on a lump sum basis, and all proposals must be submitted by registered contractors. Bids must include a Bid Bond of at least 5% of the Base Bid, along with Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
