The primary website (www.investatlanta.com) serves as a critical information hub for the agency's programs and initiatives, facilitating access for residents, businesses, and stakeholders.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive web development services including:
1. Development of a new website and content management system (CMS) that is user-friendly and accessible.
2. Integration of features for storytelling through mixed media such as blogs and videos.
3. Implementation of interactive data visualization tools like maps and dashboards to showcase Invest Atlanta's impact.
4. Streamlined navigation for program information to enhance user experience across diverse audiences including residents, small businesses, real estate developers, corporate executives, government officials, partners, employees, and the general public.
5. Creation of a searchable repository for public documents and a dynamic news section with archiving capabilities.
6. Integration of engagement tools such as forms and chat functionalities to manage inbound communications effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon selection in October/November 2025 with an anticipated launch date for the new website by June 2026. Ongoing support is expected for a period of three years post-implementation.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Atlanta, Georgia, with potential remote work capabilities.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must have at least seven years of experience in professional website design and development with a portfolio demonstrating similar projects for public sector or economic development organizations. They must also be legally registered to operate in Georgia and have a Senior Full Stack Web Developer with at least seven years of experience on their team.
