Background
The Waterford Sewer Interceptor Relocation project in Cartersville, Georgia is being advertised for bid by the CITY OF CARTERSVILLE. The project involves the installation of various sewer components, including PVC pipes, manholes, and precast basins, as well as the removal of existing aerial crossings and restoration of creek banks. Additionally, it includes the removal of trees along the easement and replacement of an existing driveway at 473 Waterford Dr.

Work Details
The work includes the installation of approximately 442 linear feet of 36-inch PVC, 49 linear feet of double barrel 24-inch DIP, and 296 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer. It also involves a creek crossing, installation of 4 new manholes, and 2 precast catch basins with precast manhole tops.
The project also encompasses the removal of one 36-inch diameter aerial crossing and one 8-inch diameter aerial crossing, along with restoration of the creek banks.
Furthermore, it includes the removal of trees along the easement and replacement of the existing driveway at 473 Waterford Dr.

Period of Performance
The time allowed for Substantial Completion from the date of Notice to Proceed is 90 consecutive calendar days.
The project has a maximum time for total completion which shall not exceed 120 consecutive calendar days from the starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
