Background
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced companies specializing in Vending Machine Services for large public facilities. The GWCCA campus includes the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Signia by Hilton Atlanta.
The facilities exist to promote and facilitate events and activities that generate economic benefits to the citizens of Georgia and enhance their quality of life.

Work Details
The Proposer is authorized and required to install, maintain, operate, and replenish not less than 35 food and beverage vending machines within the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus. The vending machines must be state-of-the-art equipment, less than five years old or refurbished immediately prior to installation.
The Proposer will respond to service calls within 4 hours and be on-site to make necessary repairs within 48 hours. They must also provide a policy outlining procedures for promptly handling emergency maintenance and repair services for nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Proposer will ensure all products dispensed from machines are fresh with expiration dates clearly showing both the month and year of expiration. They will provide a wide variety of snacks, including 25% of product offerings as healthy snack options. All products must be delivered and placed in machines in their original wrappers.
The Proposer will provide a price list of representative products in its proposal, including a discounted price list for Authority designated employee vending.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement shall be approximately three years with the Owner reserving the right to extend the term for two consecutive one-year periods at its sole discretion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus.
