Description

Electronic responses will be received through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 for a Utility Billing System. Only electronic submissions will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.

Work Details

- **Customer/Account Management**: Maintain detailed customer information, automate communications, manage billing cycles, and enable self-service options.

- **Rate Management**: Create diverse rate structures for different customer categories and services.

- **Meter Reading**: Capture meter readings accurately with automated interfaces for data collection.

- **Billing/Invoicing**: Generate accurate bills based on various rates and handle complex calculations.

- **Payments & Collections**: Support multiple payment methods and manage delinquent accounts effectively.

Period of Performance
