Uploaded list of attendees to Offeror's Conference. 5/7/2024: Updated line item numbers in the scenario table in Attachment C Cost Proposal Worksheet; Updated Q&A dates in Attachment A eRFP UCaaS-Bidding Instructions Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is being issued to establish one or more statewide contracts with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Unified Communications Solutions, including Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), with supporting cloud-based communication services, including Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). This eRFP is being conducted by the Department of Administrative Services, through its State Purchasing Division, (hereinafter, DOAS). The purpose and intent of this eRFP is to establish a statewide source of supply and services for Unified Communications Solutions and to identify qualified Suppliers that have the depth, breadth, and quality of resources necessary to meet all the standards of the State, to deliver a wide variety of Unified Communications Solutions to a broad and dispersed demographic of state and local government users, who require a high level of customer care before and after the sale.
