Background
The City of Unadilla is issuing this contract opportunity as part of their commitment to improve local infrastructure and affirmatively further fair housing.
This project falls under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, encouraging participation from Section 3 Business Concerns.

Work Details
The work under this contract involves the construction of approximately ± 4,912 linear feet (LF) of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) / Pipe bursting for an 8-inch gravity sewer system.
Additionally, it includes approximately ± 18 manhole rehabilitations and all necessary appurtenances to complete the job.
All work must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place in Unadilla, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract.
Bidders must submit a sealed bid accompanied by a Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Unadilla for 10 percent of the bid amount.
Bids must also include required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates.
Bidders are advised that no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening.
