Two (2) Excavator Rentals for Solid Waste

Background
The Newton County Board of Commissioners, acting on behalf of the Newton County Solid Waste Management Authority, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP #25-25) for the rental of excavators.
The goal of this contract is to secure two excavators for use at the landfill to support solid waste management operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a thirty (30) day rental of two (2) excavators specifically for the Landfill.
The proposal must include details regarding the type and specifications of the excavators being offered, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the Solid Waste Management Authority.

Period of Performance
The rental period for the excavators will be thirty (30) days, starting from the date specified in the contract following proposal acceptance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Newton County Landfill.
