The Tift County Board of Commissioners is issuing a solicitation for the renovation of the Tifton Gazette located in Tifton, GA. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on May 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Bids must include a Bid Bond of at least 10% of the Base Bid from an authorized company in Georgia. Successful bidders will need to provide Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract price. All contractors must comply with O.C.G.A. Sec. 13-10-91 and register with E-Verify.
