Background
The Cobb County School District (CCSD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply theater lighting and sound systems, preventive maintenance services, repairs, and upgrades. The goal of this contract is to ensure that various CCSD locations have the necessary equipment and support for their theater operations. It is the intent of CCSD to award contracts to multiple vendors to fulfill these needs.

Work Details
Vendors will provide the following services and products:
1. Supply of new equipment and parts for replacements and upgrades on an as-needed basis.
2. Complete theatrical lighting systems including:
- Electronic dimmers
- Control console with microprocessor-based control system capable of two-scene and multi-scene presets
- A full array of theatrical lights and associated connectors.
3. Specific attributes required for the lighting system include:
- Preset-style operation capabilities with over 9,000 cues
- Support for up to 500 groups of lights or fixtures
- Incorporation of an x/y track pad controller
- Ability for moving-light patches
- Last Takes Precedence (LTP) channels
- Support for 16-bit fades
- Two or more timed/manual fader pairs
- Dimmer doubling capability.
4. Installation requirements include ensuring all components are from one manufacturer for seamless communication between dimmers, console/server, and lighting fixtures. The preferred manufacturer is Electronic Theater Controls (ETC).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on an as-needed basis with no specified end date, allowing for ongoing support and maintenance as required by the CCSD.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Cobb County School District locations in Marietta, Georgia.
