Background
The College and Career Navigation Solution is being developed for the Governor's Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) in Georgia. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive, web-based, AI-integrated platform that serves as Georgia's official tool for lifelong career exploration and educational planning. The platform is intended to assist students, families, adult learners, and job seekers in navigating their career paths by integrating various resources and data into a user-friendly ecosystem.

Work Details
The solution will include the following key objectives and capabilities:

1. Deliver personalized, lifelong guidance using AI-driven insights for users from middle school through adulthood.
2. Seamlessly integrate with existing education and workforce systems such as GAfutures, SLDS, TCSG, USG, and DOE to streamline access to resources.
3. Ensure user-friendliness and ADA compliance for diverse populations including veterans and underserved groups.
4. Provide interactive tools for career exploration including assessments and labor market data aligned with Georgia’s High-Demand Career List.
5. Facilitate actionable college and career planning tools like Individual College and Career Plans (ICCPs).
6. Connect users with real-time human support from trained advisors or mentors at critical milestones.
7. Track progress through dashboards that monitor user activity and outcomes.
8. Embed wraparound supports linking users to essential services like childcare and transportation.
9. Enable cross-agency data sharing for informed decision-making with customizable reports for stakeholders.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the State of Georgia, specifically serving its educational institutions and workforce development agencies.

Bidder Requirements
