Telfair County (GA) Recreation LED Lighting Upgrade

Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Telfair County Board of Commissioners for the upgrade to LED Lighting at the Telfair Recreational Complex. The LED Lighting upgrade will be for the following venues: the Baseball Field Wagon Wheel, the Football Field/Track, and the Tennis Courts. Bid specifications can be obtained by contacting Rich Bennett, Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission, 5405 Oak Street, Eastman, Georgia 31023, 912-244-2947, rbennett@hogarc.org. Bid packages are due no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, June 28, 2024 and will be received at Heart of Georgia Regional Commission, 5405 Oak Street, Eastman, Georgia 31023. The envelope containing the Bid must be sealed and plainly marked Bid for Telfair LED Lighting Upgrade. All prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Telfair Recreation Complex located at 408 E Oak St, McRae-Helena, GA 31055. The selected Bidder will be awarded the contract by action of the Telfair County Board of Commissioners approving and adopting the contract documents, providing for its enforcement and penalties as provided by law. The Telfair County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of Telfair County.
