TCMS Fieldhouse

Background
The Telfair County Board of Education (TCBOE) is seeking bids for the construction of a new fieldhouse at Telfair County Middle School.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities available to students and support their educational and athletic activities.

Work Details
The project involves the construction of a new fieldhouse at Telfair County Middle School located at 3 West Highway 280, McRae, Georgia 31055.
General Contractors are invited to submit sealed proposals for this construction work.
A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, where attendance is required to be eligible to submit a proposal.
Proposals must comply with all requirements outlined in Section 00200-Request For Proposals.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence following the proposal acceptance and will be performed until the completion of the fieldhouse construction, with specific timelines to be determined post-award.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at Telfair County Middle School, located at 3 West Highway 280, McRae, Georgia 31055.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting to qualify for submitting a proposal.
Proposals must include all required information and documents as specified in Section 00200-Request For Proposals.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
