T32 - V2X (Vehicle to Everything)

Background
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure services for a Statewide Transportation Safety Outreach and Educational Program Support. This initiative aims to enhance public engagement and education regarding transportation safety, aligning with GDOT's mission to ensure safety as the top priority in all projects. The contract will establish a partnership with qualified suppliers to implement effective communication strategies and educational outreach efforts across the state.

Work Details
The awarded firm will provide comprehensive services including:

1. **Strategy and Campaign Development**: Assess existing safety campaigns, develop new campaigns, maintain GDOT brand integrity, and create comprehensive communication plans.

2. **Outreach and Digital Engagement**: Enhance social media presence, develop targeted campaigns, establish media relations, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

3. **Content, Materials, and Communication**: Develop educational materials, manage collateral distribution, and create resources for events.

4. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Coordinate corporate sponsorships, organize roundtable discussions on roadway safety, and foster partnerships with various stakeholders.

5. **Transportation Safety Forums**: Plan and execute forums focused on community-specific needs related to roadway safety.

6. **Program Management Support**: Provide strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, technical assistance, and campaign implementation to enhance public awareness of transportation safety behaviors.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to last for five (5) years on an 'as needed' basis with purchase orders issued as necessary throughout the contract term.

Place of Performance
All work shall be performed within the Continental United States of America (CONUS), primarily at GDOT offices in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 15% for the resulting contract. Additionally, Offerors must complete various certifications including Attachment A – Certification Form and Attachment B – Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit. The Offeror must not hold conflicting contracts with GDOT's Office of Traffic Operations.
