Background
This solicitation is conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) under its authority to procure services related to the construction and maintenance of public roads. The goal of this contract is to provide Sound Barrier, Visual Barrier, and Various Wall Maintenance across District 7. Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors through a previous RFQC process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote.

Work Details
The contractor will perform prep work, removal, installation, and cleanup for Sound Barrier, Visual Barrier, and Various Wall Maintenance. This includes:
1. Replacement of damaged or missing sound barrier wall components along various routes with new materials as per GDOT specifications.
2. Removal of graffiti within project limits.
3. Daily disposal of existing and removed materials from State right-of-way without stockpiling.
4. Providing before and after pictures of completed locations and weekly status updates detailing route, county, mile post, coordinates, and materials repaired.
5. Traffic control measures must be implemented as per GDOT standards.

Period of Performance
Work must begin no later than 30 days after the Prework Meeting and must be completed within 90 days after the Prework Meeting.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations throughout District 7 in Georgia, including counties such as Fulton, Clayton, and Dekalb along major routes like SR 400, I-75, I-285.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must have been awarded a Maintenance Master Services Agreement (MMSA) under a previous RFQC for Sound Barrier, Visual Barrier, and Various Wall Maintenance. Additionally, contractors must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act by registering with E-Verify.
