SY25-26 Kitchen Smallwares Bid

Background
The Colquitt County Board of Education School Nutrition Program is seeking sealed bids for Small Equipment as part of their initiative to enhance the quality and efficiency of their food service operations. The goal is to identify a vendor who can supply various small equipment items necessary for the operation of the School Nutrition Program, which supports the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP).

Work Details
The contract will require the successful bidder to provide a range of small equipment items as specified in Attachment B. This includes but is not limited to: stainless steel steam table pans, food storage containers, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and various utensils such as tongs and spatulas. Each item must meet specific standards including NSF certification.

The quantities and specifications for each item are detailed in the bid documents, with a focus on Winco brand products where applicable.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence on July 1, 2025, with an option to extend for up to three months at the same pricing based on mutual agreement. The contract may also be renewed annually for up to four additional years based on vendor performance.

Place of Performance
The delivery of products will take place at various locations within Colquitt County, Georgia, specifically at designated school sites and the Colquitt County School Nutrition Warehouse.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several requirements including: maintaining liability insurance with specified coverage limits; providing a Lobbying Certificate if bids exceed $100,000; ensuring compliance with debarment and suspension regulations; and adhering to the Buy American Act.

Additionally, vendors must be registered with E-Verify as per O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91(b)(1) and demonstrate capacity to fulfill all bid specifications without exceptions.
