Subrenia Willis Park Pre-Engineered Metal New Community Building

Background
The City of College Park is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) located at 2902 Camp Creek Parkway, College Park, Georgia 30337.

The building will serve as a Community Center, After School Care Program, and Thrift Store, complementing the existing playground. The City seeks a contractor with the necessary resources to construct, insulate, and assemble the PEMB with essential amenities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one (1) Pre-Engineered Metal Building measuring 30 feet in width and 60 feet in length. The building must include:
- Electrical systems
- Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Plumbing amenities

Additional requirements include:
- Construction of restroom buildings
- Installation of wheelchair ramps
- Provision of other related services such as permitting and electrical/plumbing connections/disconnections. All major systems must be completed prior to shipping and installation at the site.

Period of Performance
The contract term will be for one (1) year starting from the date of award, with potential renewals for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
