SRTA Solicitation 25-046 Strategic Management Advisory and Consulting Services

Background
The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide Strategic Management Advisory and Consulting Services. The goal of this contract is to enhance long-term operational performance through high-level strategic analysis and innovative approaches applicable to both state and national governments. The services are intended to include insightful analysis of macro- and microeconomic factors, translating private-sector industry practices into effective policies, developing strategies for data-driven decision-making, and formulating executive-level briefings.

Work Details
The contractor will provide strategic consulting and advisory services that encompass:
1) High-level strategic analysis;
2) Insightful cross-functional analysis of economic factors;
3) Translation of private-sector practices into viable public policies;
4) Development of strategies for data-driven decision-making;
5) Formulation of executive-level briefings.

The services will be requested on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum amount of work.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, with up to three one-year renewal options available at the discretion of SRTA.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed in Atlanta, Georgia.
