SR 316/Collins Hill Road Landscape Project

Background
The City of Lawrenceville is issuing a solicitation for the SR 316/Collins Hill Road Landscape Project, aimed at enhancing the landscape in a designated area of approximately 1.88 acres.

The project includes grading and drainage operations, installation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control erosion, sedimentation, and pollution during construction activities. The City seeks competitive sealed bids from contractors to fulfill this project in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Work Details
The work to be performed by the General Contractor includes but is not limited to:
- Traffic control following GDOT standards;
- Erosion Control;
- Landscaping;
- Clearing and grubbing;
- Grading;
- Sediment and erosion control.

Specific tasks include:
- Installation of BMPs immediately following grading operations;
- Maintenance of intermediate BMPs throughout construction duration;
- Compliance with GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. The contractor must provide all necessary services, labor, equipment, and materials as outlined in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The work shall be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed or as stated in the pre-construction meeting.

The contract will be performed at SR 316/Collins Hill Road in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
