Shiloh HS, Parkview HS, Lilburn MS & Norcross ES - Roof Replacement

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Education is issuing a solicitation for a roofing modification project at four schools: Shiloh High School, Parkview High School, Lilburn Middle School, and Norcross Elementary School.

The goal of the contract is to furnish all labor, materials, and services necessary for the successful completion of the roofing modifications at these educational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of roofing modifications at the following locations:

- Shiloh High School (4210 Shiloh Road, Snellville, Georgia 30039)
- Parkview High School (998 Cole Drive, Lilburn, Georgia 30047)
- Lilburn Middle School (4994 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn, Georgia 30047)
- Norcross Elementary School (150 Hunt Street, Norcross, Georgia 30071).

The work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of new roofing systems as specified in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed after the Pre-Construction meeting and must be completed by July 21st, 2025.

Contractors are required to mobilize within ten days of receiving the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at four locations in Gwinnett County, Georgia:

- Shiloh High School in Snellville
- Parkview High School in Lilburn
- Lilburn Middle School in Lilburn
- Norcross Elementary School in Norcross.
