Sewer Line Replacement: Eastside and Arnco-Sargent Elementary Schools

Background
The Coweta County School System is seeking sealed proposals from General Contractors for the construction of sewer line replacements at Eastside Elementary School and Arnco-Sargent Elementary School.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper replacement of sewer lines to maintain the operational integrity of these educational facilities.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of sewer line replacements at two locations:
- Eastside Elementary School located at 1225 Eastside School Rd, Senoia, GA 30276
- Arnco-Sargent Elementary located at 2449 GA-16, Newnan, GA 30263.
General Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and submit various documents including a Competitive Sealed Proposal Form, signed Bid Form, Bid Bond, Contractor Affidavit and Agreement for compliance with Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act, and affidavits for lawful presence verification.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the proposal selection process concludes on March 06, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Eastside Elementary School in Senoia, GA and Arnco-Sargent Elementary in Newnan, GA.
