SET Breaching KITS

Background
The Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) is seeking bids for the procurement of SET Breaching Kits. This initiative aligns with GPSTC's mission to enhance public safety training and ensure that law enforcement personnel are equipped with the necessary tools for effective operations. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality breaching kits that meet specified standards outlined in the solicitation documents.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying SET Breaching Kits as per the specifications detailed in Attachment B of the Request for Quote (RFQ). The kits must include all necessary components, ensuring they are suitable for training and operational use by law enforcement agencies. Vendors must comply with all requirements regarding tax compliance, E-Verify, and other mandatory forms.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all items is required no later than December 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center located at 1000 Indian Spring Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Department of Revenue and in good standing with all tax payments. Additionally, vendors must complete and upload various documents including an E-Verify form, a Mandatory Worksheet, a Tax Compliance Form, and an Inmate Contact Form. Vendors are required to certify their understanding of state statutes regarding interactions with inmates and adhere to restrictions on such interactions.
