Cobb & Douglas Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for a partial interior remodel of the first floor located at 1738 County Services Parkway, Marietta, Georgia 30008. 4) Corridor Access Control and Door Hardware Modifications: Installation of additional doors and modifications to existing door hardware to improve access control between public and staff areas.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the interior remodel in compliance with applicable building codes and healthcare facility regulations.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence within 10 days of the Notice issued by CDPH and is expected to be completed according to the proposed or negotiated schedule.
