Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide a robust, enterprise-grade cybersecurity platform that includes:

- Monitoring of network traffic flow and detection of ransomware and data exfiltration activities.
- Real-time blocking of threats and alerting.
- Identity protection prioritizing critical assets.
- Incident triage, escalation, and reporting mechanisms.
- 24/7/365 Security Operation Center staffed by U.S.-based analysts.
- Integration with existing systems and support for cloud-based environments.
- Compliance with FERPA, CIPA, and Title IVA standards.
- A site survey or assessment as part of the bid preparation process is required.

The anticipated award date is August 19, 2025, with all work to be completed within three years from the award date.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) assigned by USAC to participate in the E-rate program funding process. Additionally, contractors must carry Workmen’s Compensation Insurance and Contractor’s Protective Liability Insurance with specified coverage limits. Bids must include a bid bond of not less than 5% of the base bid amount.
