Background
Rockdale County, Georgia is seeking proposals for Non-Emergency Transportation Services (RNET) to provide transportation for eligible clients. The goal is to ensure dependable, prompt, and courteous service for court-involved adults and juveniles, aligning with the county's mission to support its community effectively.

Work Details
The services required include:
1. Non-Emergency Transportation for Adults: Providing transport to treatment services, employment, recovery support services, and other program-required activities for authorized Rockdale County court-involved adults.

2. Non-Emergency Transportation for Youth: Providing transport to treatment services and activities for Rockdale court-involved juveniles under 17 years old.

3. Service hours are from 7 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.

4. Drivers must comply with all relevant policies and submit signed vouchers or trip slips.

5. Providers must ensure timely pick-up and delivery of clients, notify them of any delays, and maintain a high standard of service as outlined in the proposal description.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date of signing, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms unless terminated with a 30-day written notice.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided within the State of Georgia, specifically targeting Rockdale County program clients.

Bidder Requirements
