The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia ( the Owner ) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for pavement condition assessment, analysis services, Traffic Striping condition assessment, and analysis services of county-owned roads. The assessments will be performed by the Contractor using the County s GIS Network. The County reserves the right to award all, or only a portion of, the services described in this Invitation for Bid, whichever is deemed to be most advantageous and in the best interest of the County.
