RFQ for Construction Manager-Athletic Upgrades

Background
The Dodge County School District is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) for athletic renovations and upgrades. The goal of the contract is to enhance the athletic facilities at the school district, which includes multiple projects aimed at improving infrastructure for sports activities.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for three main projects:

1. Project 1 involves designing or adapting plans for a new concession stand with bathrooms at the existing football stadium. This includes ensuring compliance with building codes and ADA standards, overseeing construction for timely and budget-compliant delivery, and managing all construction activities to ensure safety and compliance.

2. Project 2 focuses on the design or adaptation of plans for a new field house at the football stadium, which must include locker rooms, storage, and other necessary facilities while also ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery and managing safety during construction.

3. Project 3 requires designing a GHSA-compliant 8-lane competition track with a rubberized surface. This includes coordinating site preparation, drainage, material selection to meet competition standards, and overseeing all phases of construction including testing of track surfaces to ensure performance standards.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for all projects will be within the Dodge County School District in Eastman, Georgia.
