RFQ-484-040325 District Traffic Operations Services

Background
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide District Traffic Operations Services across multiple regions in the state. The goal of this contract is to enhance traffic operations and management within the specified districts, which include Regions A, B, C, and D. This initiative aims to identify potential providers for various projects outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The selected consultants will be responsible for providing District Traffic Operations Services under On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts. The anticipated scope of work includes:

- Region A: Districts 1 & 6
- Region B: Districts 2 & 5
- Region C: Districts 3 & 4
- Region D: District 7.

Each firm must submit a Contract Consideration Checklist with their SOQ to ensure all submissions are accounted for. The contracts will have a minimum value of $25,000 and a maximum value of $15 million for Regions A, B, and C, and a maximum of $8 million for Region D.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for three years with an option to extend for up to five additional years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed statewide across the designated districts in Georgia.
