RFQ #47-24 Youth Sports and Event Photography

Background
Dawson County Purchasing is issuing this formal Request for Quote (RFQ #47-24) to solicit services for youth sports and event photography for the Dawson County Parks and Recreation Department. The goal of this contract is to provide professional photography services that will enhance the experience of youth sports participants and their families while generating revenue through a commission-based agreement.

Work Details
The selected photographer will be responsible for providing photography services for all Dawson County Parks and Recreation Department team and individual posed photography sessions, as well as other sponsored events and activities as requested. Specific requirements include:

1. Past experience with posed Youth Sports and Event Photography.
2. Ability to pass a background check performed by the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office.
3. Conducting all photography sessions on Dawson County Government property without conflicting with scheduled games or events.
4. Providing all necessary equipment and staff, including at least two professional photographers for sporting events.
5. Delivering order forms to the Parks and Recreation staff at least four weeks prior to each event, with additional forms available on the day of the shoot.
6. Delivering photography packages within three weeks after each session, with payments handled directly between the photographer and purchasers.
7. Submitting a Sales Volume Report from each event within one week post-session.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with options for two additional one-year renewals based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
All photography sessions will take place on Dawson County Government property.
