Background
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking bids for the procurement of two (2) 15 Passenger (PAX) Shuttle Buses. The purpose of this solicitation is to enhance transportation services at the airport, ensuring compliance with state and federal safety and emissions regulations.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of two (2) brand new 15 PAX Shuttle Buses that meet the following specifications:

2. Unit Weight: No more than 26,000 lbs. (does not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to operate)
3. Fuel Tank Capacity: 33 Gallons
4. Storage: Rear and/or Overhead Storage (Rear storage does not require a dedicated luggage wall)
5. Exterior Color: White
6. Transmission: Automatic
7. Warranty: Standard manufacturer warranty.
8. Keys Required: 4 sets with FOBS at the time of delivery with each unit.
9. No Dealer Decals allowed on the units.
10. All units must be accompanied by two copies of complete parts, shop repair, and operator's manuals, detailing all component parts and their manufacturers' part numbers.
11. A factory recommended preventative maintenance schedule must also accompany each unit.
Period of Performance
The solicitation opens on January 8, 2026, and responses are due by February 13, 2026, by Close of Business (5:00 PM EST).
The evaluation of responses will occur from February 16, 2026, to April 16, 2026.
