Background
The City of Covington is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to develop comprehensive short-term and long-term master plans aimed at enhancing solid waste and recycling management in the downtown area.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive assessment and strategic plan that includes:
