Background
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking bids for the procurement of powered wheelchairs to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to enhance accessibility and mobility within the airport environment. The Commission reserves the right to adjust the final quantity purchased based on budget considerations.

Work Details
The contract involves providing twenty (20) brand new powered wheelchairs that meet specific requirements:

- Power Source: Battery-powered (electric) operation
- Battery Type: Lithium-ion battery
- Weight Capacity: Minimum of 300 lbs.
- Caregiver Mode: Equipped with a joystick or control unit located at the rear of the chair for caregiver operation
- Storage: Integrated space or basket for carrying personal items
- Usage: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

All equipment must comply with applicable State and Federal safety and emissions regulations, include standard features as listed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and be delivered with complete parts, shop repair, and operator's manuals. Additionally, a factory-recommended preventative maintenance schedule must accompany each unit.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude upon delivery and acceptance of all units, with an estimated timeframe for delivery specified by bidders.

The delivery point for the powered wheelchairs is 640 Gulfstream Road, Savannah, GA 31408.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be bona fide wholesale stocking distributors, dealers, or manufacturers of the products listed in this bid. They are required to submit a copy of their specifications for all proposed equipment along with their bid. Additionally, bidders must provide warranty information and specify maintenance service locations. Responses must be submitted through the designated online platform; submissions via email or mail will not be accepted.
