Background
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking bids for the procurement of forty-four (44) Dell Pro Slim Plus Desktop Computers (Model QBS1250). The purpose of this solicitation is to ensure that all equipment provided is new, meets state and federal safety and emission regulations, and includes standard manufacturer appointments. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 44 Dell Pro Slim Plus Desktop Computers with the following specifications:

- 512GB SSD TLC
- Integrated Graphics

- Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse
- Basic Support for 3 Years

All equipment must be designed, tested, rated, and certified in compliance with local, city, state, and federal standards. Bidders must submit a copy of their specifications along with their bid.

Period of Performance
The solicitation opens on July 3, 2025, and bids are due by August 5, 2025. The evaluation of responses will occur from August 6 to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery point for the computers is specified as 640 Gulfstream Road, Savannah, GA 31408.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register their company through the Savannah Airport Commission's designated link before submitting a response. They must also provide a Local Small Business/Minority Business Form if applicable. Bidders must be bona fide wholesale stocking distributors or manufacturers of the products listed in this bid. Compliance with all licenses, permits, and liability insurance requirements is mandatory.
